Hi, I’m Hunter—the hands, heart, and dough behind Hunter the Baker, a 2025 micro‑bakery born from a deep love of sourdough. What started as late-night kitchen experiments has grown into a small-batch bakery where everything’s made with care and a wild starter I’ve nurtured from day one. From garlicky rosemary loaves to sourdough tortillas, coffee cake, monkey bread, and bagels—I'm all about bold flavors and handmade goodness. I'm growing slowly, staying true to my roots, and sharing fresh, feel-good sourdough with my community one bake at a time!
